We develop construction projects of various objects: manufacturing buildings, schools and kindergartens, sports facilities, administrative buildings, streets, roads, parking lots, children's and sports fields. In recent years, we have been actively working on projects related to the integration of Rail Baltica in Latvia, as well as the modernization of Latvian Railway stations. In addition, we carry out topography surveying and construction project expertise.
Development
of road construction projects
Our team specializes in the development of construction projects for industrial and public buildings. We work both with state and municipal institutions - schools, kindergartens, sports and administrative buildings, and with the private sector: production buildings, office complexes and improvement solutions. We develop construction projects for both new buildings and reconstructions.

Development
of road construction projects
Every year we develop at least 30 construction projects for infrastructure objects: streets, roads and parking lots. In addition, we develop preliminary study project documentation, for example, we conducted preliminary study for the integration of the European railway infrastructure Rail Baltica into the infrastructure of the city centre, as well as for the promotion of the development and accessibility of the public outdoor space in the vicinity of Old Riga, Riga centre and Brasa.

We specialize in the design of military objects of any complexity. We have developed construction projects for objects like landfills, outdoor and indoor shooting ranges, helispots, airport areas, barracks, office buildings and sports facilities.
Construction projects expertises
We carry out the expertise of the entire construction project or only the mandatory parts in accordance with the current regulations.
Topography surveying
Surveying of topography and engineering communications (electricity, communication cables, water pipes, sewerage etc.) structures, setting building axes, engineering geodetic works.
On the 8th of May 2023 “BM-projekts’’ Ltd. has signed an agreement Nr. SKV-L-2023/261 with Investment and Development Agency of Latvia (LIAA) for the project "International competitiveness promotion", which is co-financed by the European Regional Development Fund.
